Here at Arsenal Produce we do not inventory our produce. It will not sit for days or weeks at a time to sell opportunistically. It goes right from the source to your restaurant the same day.
We buy from the direct source providers that you’ll see other brick and mortar produce providers get from as well. The difference is we deliver it directly to you and it will not sit in a warehouse or get picked over by other customers at those lesser than desirable places.
